Hal is an overly curious, rambunctious, and deranged dog. He’s not the smartest canine around, but he always comes up with the simplest solution to a problem. You might even call him a genius! (Or not!) He is so loyal to Nature Cat and the gang that he will do anything for them. He is voiced by Bobby Moynihan.

Hal is a slender orange-brown dog with a long sick purple nose and long ears, a tan underside, and wears a red collar.
